What Cookies are

Cookies are small text strings that the visited sites send to the user's terminal (usually to the browser), where they are stored to then be retransmitted to the same sites on the next visit.

They are distinguished into first-party cookies (installed by the site manager) and third-party cookies (sent by different sites or web servers). Depending on the type and purpose, different regulatory obligations apply.

When the indicated retention period is the "session", the data is deleted when the browser is closed.

Technical Cookies

Technical cookies are essential for the correct operation of the website and ensure basic functionality and security, in anonymous form. The legal basis is the Controller's legitimate interest; the user's consent is not required.

Session or navigation cookies

They ensure normal browsing and use of the website.

Functionality cookies

They allow browsing according to criteria selected by the user (language, selected products) in order to improve the service provided.

Analytics cookies

They are used to understand how visitors interact with the site: number of visitors, bounce rate, traffic source, etc. When used in aggregate form by the site manager, they are treated as technical cookies. The Site currently does not use analytics cookies.

Profiling cookies

Profiling cookies track visitors across websites for advertising and marketing purposes. This Site does not use profiling cookies, nor any third-party cookies.

When accessing the Site, an information banner is present. Since the Site uses only technical cookies, no prior consent is required to browse; the choice expressed in the banner is stored locally in the browser.

The user can manage cookie preferences directly from their browser: prevent installation by third parties, delete cookies already installed or withdraw the consent given. Technical session cookies are disabled by clearing the browser cache.

Disclosure and dissemination of data

Data collected through cookies may be processed by the Controller's employees and collaborators as authorized persons and/or system administrators, as well as disclosed to IT consulting companies appointed as data processors.

The data will not be transferred to third parties or otherwise disseminated. Any data collected through third-party services may be transferred outside the European Union in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679.
