This notice was last updated on 4 August 2026.
Dear User, this Privacy Policy is provided pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter the "GDPR") and the relevant provisions of the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree no. 196/03) amended by Legislative Decree no. 101/18 on the protection of personal data.
This notice is addressed to those who connect to the website www.coalesce.coach (hereinafter the "Site") and use its related services. This page describes how the website owned by Alessandro Colace (hereinafter "the Data Controller") is managed and the personal data processing operations of users who access and browse the site.
This notice refers only to the Site and not to other websites that the user may consult via the relevant links.
Controller of the processing of personal data
Under Article 4(7) GDPR, the Data Controller is the one who "determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data". With regard to this website, the Data Controller is:
Alessandro Colace – Tax Code/VAT no. 04040731202, with registered office at Via Emilia no. 125, 40011 Anzola dell'Emilia (BO).
Data Protection Officer
The Data Protection Officer (DPO) is a figure provided for by art. 37 of the GDPR to carry out support and control, advisory, training and information functions. Their appointment is mandatory only in the cases provided for by art. 37, par. 1, lett. b) and c), of the GDPR. This figure is not mandatory for the Controller of this website.
Purposes of the processing
The Controller, through the Site, may process the User's data for the following purposes:
Contact me: The Controller offers the User the possibility to send questions and requests for information about the services offered through the "Contact" section. The personal data provided will be processed to handle, correctly manage and respond to the User's request. The legal basis of the processing is the performance of the service expressly requested by the User; any refusal to provide personal data makes it impossible to manage and respond to the communication.
Data processed
Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of the website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category includes:
- IP addresses or domain names of the computers used
- Browser used and operating system used
- URI addresses of the requested resources
- Time of the request and method used
- Size of the file obtained in response and server status code
- Other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment
This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct operation. It could also be used to ascertain liability in the event of any computer crimes.
As regards the collection of data through cookies and similar technologies, please consult the Cookie Policy.
Data provided directly by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary submission of personal data through various sections of the site is used to fulfill the user's requests. Examples:
- Requesting information by writing to the email addresses on the site
- Spontaneous submission of a curriculum vitae
- Messages sent through the "Contact me" section
- Registration to request and apply for training
Within the website there are specific notices for the data required for particular services requested by the user.
Retention period
I do not keep your data in an archive or a database: the message you send from the site becomes an email that sits in my mailbox. I keep it for as long as it takes to reply and to handle your request, and in any case no longer than 24 months from our last contact, after which I delete it. If the request leads to a contract, the data needed for that relationship follows the retention periods that the law sets for contractual, tax and accounting records.
The browsing data described above is kept for as long as is technically necessary to operate and secure the Site, unless it is needed to establish liability in the event of computer crime.
Providers and transfers of data outside the European Union
The Site is hosted on servers in Italy (Aruba S.p.A.), therefore within the European Union. Site traffic, however, passes through Cloudflare, Inc., a United States company acting as a content delivery network and security filter: this means that browsing data, including your IP address, transits its infrastructure. The same provider handles the submission of the contact form and the delivery of the email that results from it.
The transfer relies on Cloudflare's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, as a fallback, on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses: both are incorporated into its data processing agreement, which you are free to read, along with the list of its subprocessors. I use no third-party analytics, advertising or profiling tools.
Your rights
Within the limits set by Articles 15 to 22 GDPR, you may exercise the right of access (to know what data I process and obtain a copy), rectification (to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete), erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and portability (to receive the data in a machine-readable format or have it transmitted to another controller).
To exercise them, simply write to [email protected]: I answer personally, with no forms to fill in, within one month as the GDPR requires. Given the setup described above, in most cases the answer to an access request is the email you sent me, or confirmation that I hold nothing of yours.
Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe that the processing of your data infringes the GDPR, you can contact me for clarification or lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. You may also bring proceedings before the courts.
