What it funds
This is a loan repaid in full, in monthly installments, with no interest and no arrangement fees. The aid is the interest saved, computed as a grant equivalent and counted against the company's de minimis allowance. The call admits hardware, management and professional software, user licenses and application services, and under the organizational strengthening action also digital and innovation consulting, even when it is the main item of the project: an ERP or a business SaaS fully qualifies.
Requirements and what is left out
- Anyone preparing an application now: the window was suspended on the evening of opening day, once the overbooking quota was reached. It reopens only through a new order from the managing body, when resources return from revocations, waivers or repayments.
- Anyone who already applied and went unfunded for lack of money: on reopening the application can be confirmed or updated instead of starting over.
- Large companies, and anyone who loses SME status before the award.
- Anyone with fewer than two full financial years closed and filed.
- Anyone outside the admitted ATECO sections, which include manufacturing, trade, IT services and professional activities; primary agriculture is excluded.
- Anyone who has used up the three-year de minimis allowance: the loan counts against it even though it is repaid.
- Anyone loading the project with consulting, staff, stock and rent: together they cannot exceed the share of the loan set by the call.
- Anyone who has already started the project: it must begin after the application and finish within the deadline the call sets from disbursement.
- Leasing, purchases with retention of title, mixed-use goods and cash payments are not admitted.
If you have already applied
- Check the application lists on the call page: applications filed before the suspension stay under assessment.
- Awards beyond the budget depend on resources freeing up: your place on the list matters.
- If your application stays unfunded, keep it ready for the reopening, when you can confirm or update it.
What this budget builds
With a loan this size I put into production a management system or business application chosen around the real processes, with data migration from the previous system and integrations with invoicing and inventory. I hand everything over documented, because the project closes on a tight schedule and the people using it must run it alone the next day.
This entry is informational and is not advice: I do not handle grant applications, and before committing to a purchase it is worth reading the official source above or talking to whoever files the application.
