What it funded
The program granted subsidies for ready-made digital solutions, split between cross-cutting ones and sector packages. The mechanism matters more than any figure on the card: each solution had two caps, a share of the real implementation cost and a maximum amount, and the lower of the two applied. Technical solutions weighed more than web-presence ones. Beside the solutions the program kept two more tracks: accompanied implementation with subsidized days and soft loans with a public guarantee. The solutions required no transformation plan. The rules stand in the decree published in the BOPA, the catalogue on the solutions page.
How it closed
The window opened in spring and closed once the fund was fully committed, as the Govern announced. Applications registered before the closing notice in the BOPA proceed under the program rules. The program page marks its services as exhausted until the next call: the program recurs, with a new decree for each edition.
Requirements and what is left out
- The path started from the free self-diagnosis questionnaire on the Andorra Digital platform.
- The size bands are Andorran and count employees only, with no turnover threshold: micro from 1 to 5, small from 6 to 25, medium from 26 to 100, large above 100. Ceiling and number of solutions fell as the band grew, from 6 solutions for a micro company to 3 for a large one.
- Each solution had two limits, the share of the real cost and the maximum amount: the lower one counted, so a high quote never lifted the grant above the solution cap.
- Solutions ran through the program catalogue: the price was agreed with the provider and the uncovered part stayed with the company.
- Packages followed the sector: retail, hotels, restaurants and professional firms had their own solutions, at lower shares than the technical cross-cutting ones.
- Anyone who also wanted the soft credit needed the questionnaire done and a plan, even one written by a third party.
For anyone with an open file
- If the application was registered before the closing notice in the BOPA, it proceeds under the program rules.
- Send no invoices to the Govern: the Single Contact Point notifies the review outcome and the Govern pays the company directly.
What can still be built
I get the company ready for the next window: diagnosis done, needs mapped, and a mix of solutions that fits its size band. Where the catalogue allows it, I start from artificial intelligence and data, which carry a use case on their own, and use web-presence solutions as the complement. I leave the people who stay able to run the tools: otherwise the grant ends and the value ends with it.
This entry is informational and is not advice: I do not handle grant applications, and before committing to a purchase it is worth reading the official source above or talking to whoever files the application.
