What it funds
The notice opens access to the value-added services delivered by TEC4I FVG within the Hub Innovazione project, funded by the Region under its finance law. Understand the mechanism before reading further: no money reaches the company here, the benefit is a discount on the services' fee. The services are tailored to each single company: support for innovation and digitalization processes, lower risk on technology investments, digital and green transition. There are three categories, in decreasing order of coverage: assessment, test before invest, specialist consulting. The official text and the forms are on TEC4I's calls page.
Requirements and what is left out
- Anyone without a stable link to the region: it takes a listing in the business register with ongoing activity, plus the registered office or at least one operating unit in Friuli Venezia Giulia.
- No size limit: micro, small, medium and large companies enter on the same terms.
- Anyone operating in a sector excluded from European aid rules: the measure is open to every sector eligible to receive aid, the rest stay out.
- Anyone who exhausted their de minimis allowance: the benefit consumes that shared allowance, so with no remaining room there is nothing to apply for.
- Anyone looking for cash: the benefit never pays out money directly, it only reduces the fee owed to TEC4I for the services.
How to apply
- Download the notice and the two forms from TEC4I's calls page: expression of interest and requirements declaration.
- Fill in both and have them signed by the legal representative: the declaration also carries the company's de minimis position.
- Send them as the notice instructs and keep proof of sending: review follows arrival order and the funds run out.
- Wait for the grant notice by certified email after the requirements check: before deciding, TEC4I may ask for additions or clarifications.

What this budget builds
I prepare the company to use these services as a client that knows what to ask for: I define the scope of the assessment before it starts, I put data and access in order before the test, and I turn the consulting into a work plan the people who stay can carry out. The risk with these paths is coming back with a report and no new capability: my job is that the report leaves behind a database, an automation or a procedure that keeps working.
This entry is informational and is not advice: I do not handle grant applications, and before committing to a purchase it is worth reading the official source above or talking to whoever files the application.
