What it funds
This is Molise's share of the Twin Transition program run by the Punti Impresa Digitale network, which leaves amounts and costs to each chamber: the Molise Chamber's call is what counts. It admits technology (artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and business continuity, cloud, IoT, ERP and MES management systems, CRM, big data, blockchain, robotics, augmented and virtual reality, systems for energy and ESG ratings), consulting for assessments, development plans, implementation and management systems, and staff training. Consulting and training must be bought only from suppliers the call qualifies. Websites, PCs and other basic IT, online advertising and SEO are excluded. Here the voucher is small and the total budget covers only a handful of companies: it pays for a first step rather than a project.
Requirements and what is left out
- Companies based outside the Molise Chamber's district: they apply to their own chamber's call, if it has joined.
- Anyone expecting the ReStart platform other chambers use: here the application goes by certified email (PEC).
- Anyone who does not reach the minimum investment threshold: the application fails admissibility.
- Anyone who has already used up their de minimis allowance: the voucher adds to every other aid received under that regime.
How to apply
- Read the eligible costs, eligible suppliers and required attachments in the call.
- Prepare the application with supplier quotes.
- Sign it digitally and send it by PEC to the call's address before the deadline.
What this budget builds
A voucher this size does not build a system; it decides which one to build. I would use it for a diagnosis: where time is lost between orders, invoices and stock, what data already exists and which piece of work, digital or security, pays back first. The result is a plan to take to a larger call.
This entry is informational and is not advice: I do not handle grant applications, and before committing to a purchase it is worth reading the official source above or talking to whoever files the application.
