The 2026 window is closed
The application deadline has passed and the Chamber's page announces no reopening. The call reserves the Chamber's right to refinance it or reopen the window if funds are left over, but no such act has been issued so far. This page explains how the measure works ahead of the next edition.
What it funds
This is the Caserta edition of the national Twin Transition program, with a call of its own. A company picks one area, digital or green, and files one application. The ceiling and minimum on the card apply to companies with a registered office in the province: those with only a local unit have a lower ceiling.
- Technology. Artificial intelligence, cloud, cybersecurity and business continuity, big data and analytics, IoT, robotics, blockchain, integrated business-process management, CRM, digital systems for monitoring energy and emissions and for ESG ratings. E-commerce qualifies only if connected to another listed technology.
- Consulting. Assessment of the digital or green profile, development plans, implementation of the eligible technology, management systems such as ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001, a temporary external Innovation Manager or Energy Manager, ESG services.
- Training. For permanent staff, on digital or green skills tied to the eligible technology.
- Bonus. A legality rating or a gender-equality certification adds a fixed amount on top of the ceiling.
Requirements and what is left out
- Websites, PCs, smartphones, tablets and other basic IT are excluded, unless they serve an eligible technology.
- Also excluded: online advertising, SEO and SEM, tax, accounting or legal advice, regulatory compliance work, travel and lodging.
- Goods and services already funded in a previous edition: a company that received the grant the year before cannot claim it for the same costs.
- Spend outside the window: costs count from the start of the call's year up to a deadline set after the award, which closes the project.
- Linked suppliers: the supplier may not control the company, be controlled by it or be affiliated with it, nor share partners or directors, or their relatives, with it. Consulting must come from the call's supplier categories, including technology transfer centers, certified Innovation Managers and innovative startups.
- Companies that spend less than the minimum, or less than the share of the awarded voucher set by the call: the grant is revoked.
- Stacking: allowed with other de minimis aid up to the de minimis cap and with general tax measures up to the total spend. The voucher still counts against the de minimis allowance.
- Untraceable payments: only bank transfer, bank receipt, debit or credit card, with the charge visible on the statement.
What the editions teach
The Chamber's list of calls shows one edition a year since 2024, with the same amounts and a September deadline, and the I4.0 digital vouchers before that. Unlike some other chambers, in Caserta the application goes in with the quotes, before spending, and the expense report follows the award. I don't know whether the measure will return: no act says so.
What it builds
A voucher this size suits a single piece of work. I bring a first artificial intelligence use case to the documents the office sorts by hand, or secure access and backups and leave a written procedure the staff can follow.
This entry is informational and is not advice: I do not handle grant applications, and before committing to a purchase it is worth reading the official source above or talking to whoever files the application.
Past editions
Closed editions stay here, inside the page of the same incentive. They are what makes the rhythm visible: knowing that an incentive reopens every autumn with an endowment of a known order lets a company prepare instead of chasing it.
